The issue causes the QuickVPN Client to fail in establishing a tunnel with the remote QuickVPN Server. There is a known issue with Windows XP SP2 Firewall where ICMP packets are always dropped by the Firewall when the Firewall is enabled. This is because the IPSec service on Vista is disabled when Windows Firewall is disabled. You must enable Windows Firewall on Windows Vista for QuickVPN Client to function properly.
In Wireless > Wireless Security > Security Mode > RADIUS page, the manual key configuration is greyed out because the key is autogenerated by RADIUS server. However, you still can construct the IPSec tunnel with the router via auto or port 60443 option in the QuickVPN Client. When Use HTTPS is enabled in the Administration > Management > Remote Router Access page, the QuickVPN Client fails to construct an IPSec tunnel with the router via port 443. The router's web-based configuration utility now has a new user interface based on the Cisco Small Business style. The GUI was updated, and problems were fixed: Changes Since Cisco WRV210 Firmware Version 1.1.17
